Each member of the team completes an online questionnaire (20 mn) which allows to gather both the point of view of the team on its performance and reliable and objective data on the resources of the team.

COLLECTIVE SHARING
The results, delivered via a detailed report, are first discussed with the Manager and then shared collectively with the entire team. A moment of sharing, awareness, projection and commitment.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Based on suggested concrete actions, from the report and with the help of and with the help of a PerformanSe consultant, the team takes charge of its own agenda for change and builds its own development plan.
